                                         Technical Recruiter

Working closely with management and other human resources professionals to support the workforce planning needs of the business in addition to matrixed responsibility for the contingent workforce, the Technical Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle recruiting of technical candidates including sourcing, screening, submitting candidates to hiring managers, interviewing and successful on-boarding. This position requires in-depth knowledge of information technology. Primary positions filled will be within the Information Systems Division, with support to other lines of business in addition to the contract/contingent workforce.

The successful candidate should possess a full understanding of principles, concepts and industry practices relating to full life cycle recruiting. The ability to assert influence in decisions, work in a team environment and communicate effectively (oral and written) is required. Individual must have the ability to prioritize, plan and initiate work activities, as well as build and maintain effective working relationships.

Minimum Requirements:
·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of 4 years relevant work experience and college coursework in a Human Resources, Business Management or related area
·         7 years progressively responsible recruiting experience with a minimum of 3 years technical recruiting of various leveled positions throughout a diverse organization
·         Strong working knowledge of the recruitment and candidate evaluation process
·         Additional requirements include proficient knowledge of emerging practices and technologies used within the area; working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
·         PeopleSoft experience a plus
·         SPHR or PHR preferred
·         AIRS training preferred
·         Core competencies for this position include:
o    Excellent organizational skills, analysis, decision making, adaptability, integrity, project management, organization, communication, teamwork, and follow-up
o    Excellent working knowledge and proficient skill in Microsoft Office products, specifically, Outlook, Word, and Excel

                                       Senior Technical Director
Join a leading provider of high-value engineering and information technology outsourcing solutions and professional staffing. We have an immediate need for a highly motivated, results oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our IT Solutions team.
 
With a desire to excel, the qualified professional will be a subject matter expert and responsible for full life cycle recruiting. This includes recruiting and facilitating the hiring process in support of customer contract requirements, coaching and mentoring other recruiters to achieve professional success, partnering with Client Executives, Fulfillment, and Account Managers to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives, while meeting CDI’s strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities:
Sources, using a variety of sourcing techniques, i.e. User Groups, Professional Associations, Referrals
Qualifies candidates through detailed interviews and assessing skills and technical abilities
Interviews, prepares and debriefs candidates
Consistently delivers candidates with hard to find/ skill sets
Closes the candidates, negotiates benefits and sells them on CDI 
Facilitates the hiring of qualified candidates by working closely with Fulfillment Manager
Prepares new-hire paperwork, conducts new-employee orientation as needed
Proactively works with assigned employees to place them into migration opportunities as current assignments end
Coaches and mentors Recruiters to assist them in achieving their objectives
Ensures that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters
Gathers background information, enters information into the database, and maintains database
Promotes and maintains a positive image of CDI Corporation
Understands market trends and emerging technologies
Key Requirements:
Four year degree or equivalent business experience
5 years of business experience with a minimum 3 years recruiting experience in the staffing industry
Heavily networked within specialized fields supported; stays current on trends
In-depth knowledge of industry and high end skill sets
Understanding of recruiting and sales processes
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to use personal computers

Sourcing Coordinator- 1 in Phoenix (Basically a Jr Recruiter--a lot of front end recruiting)
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinates registration and logistics for sourcing events (i.e. job fairs, campus events, open houses, information sessions, etc)
Ensure proper representation of Recruiters and Managers at Career Events
Manages the recruiting materials and job fair collateral (includes managing inventory in all locations, reordering, etc)
Handles invoicing and payment of all career events at the firm
Develops the media content for the sourcing campaigns
Works with the job boards to collect reports, coordinate RDB license changes, troubleshoot issues
Coordinates with HR Vendor Management to execute contracts for direct placement or strategic sourcing initiatives
Manages the monthly job spotlight process on Indeed, company intranet, Enterprise sites, etc
Responsible for posting to the external job boards and college sites
Manage the sourcing library
Back up responsibilities:
Mange the new hire paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
Conduct the everify of all I-9’s from AZ

Candidate Specialist- 1 in Phoenix (basically a Recruiting Coordinator who can support multiple recruiters)
